Potong ayam menjadi enam bagian. Lumuri ayam dengan air jeruk dan garam. 2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, serai , dan daun jeruk sampai harum dan matang. Masukkan ayam, aduk sampai berubah bwarna. Beri air dan air perasan kunyit. Masak sampai mendidih. 3. Tambahkan kentang, gula pasir, dan santan kental. Aduk sampai rata dan lanjutkan memasak sampai ayam empuk dan santan mengental. Masukkan kemangi, aduk sebentar, kemudia angkat. Taburi dengan bawang goreng.
